Salaried GP

Shore Medical is seeking a Salaried GP to join the team at Lilliput Surgery. The role is responsible for providing personal medical services, managing a caseload and dealing with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients. Job Type: 12 month FTC commencing December 2026 Hours: 5 sessions per week (Tuesday 2, Wednesday 2, Thursday 1)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join the team at Shore Medical. The post holder will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care to a diverse registered and temporary patient population, managing a broad range of clinical presentations and health needs. The role includes face-to-face and telephone consultations, clinical decision-making, prescribing, referrals, clinical administration and the management of patients within your own caseload. You will work collaboratively with the wider practice team, contribute to clinical audits and service development, and support a culture of continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
