About the role
Magnolia House Surgery is a friendly, forward-thinking GP practice based in Sunningdale, Berkshire, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our supportive clinical team to provide a fixed term maternity cover from August 2026 (for 12 months). We pride ourselves on creating a positive working environment where our team feel valued and supported. We are continually reviewing and developing our systems and ways of working to ensure we provide high-quality patient care while maintaining a sustainable and enjoyable working environment for our staff. You will be joining an experienced and approachable multidisciplinary team consisting of GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Paramedics, Practice Nurses, HCAs and a highly skilled administrative team. Our clinicians are well supported, with home visits primarily undertaken by our paramedic team. Magnolia House Surgery is an established training practice with an expanding patient list. We are rated Good by CQC, consistently achieve high QOF results, and benefit from strong collaborative working through our local Federation and 4-practice PCN. We are looking for a GP who shares our commitment to excellent patient care and who enjoys being part of a friendly and proactive team. As a Salaried GP at Magnolia House Surgery, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care as part of our supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team. The role will include a varied mix of clinical work including routine and urgent patient consultations, managing long-term conditions, reviewing investigations, prescribing, referrals and contributing to the ongoing care of our patient population. We value teamwork, continuity of care and a collaborative approach. The successful candidate will be encouraged to contribute ideas, support quality improvement and be involved in the ongoing development of the practice. The post is for maternity leave cover, offering 4-6 sessions per week, with some flexibility available for the right candidate.
