As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to registered patients and work with the clinical leads and local practice team to support operational plans. You'll maintain quality through clinical governance and improve health outcomes via audits, aligning with the Quality and Outcomes Framework and CQC standards. Your duties include clinical consultations, triage, medication reviews, and leading safeguarding efforts. Adhering to GMC standards, you'll prioritize patient care and collaborate with practice management to meet targets such as patient satisfaction and resource management.
