Salaried GP

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team at Southam Surgery. As a Salaried GP, you will provide a broad range of general practice services to our registered patient population, working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. The role offers variety across face-to-face and telephone consultations, clinical decision-making, ongoing management of patients and collaboration with colleagues and other healthcare professionals. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to clinical quality improvement, audit and the ongoing development of services within the practice. We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and committed to delivering high-quality care, while working collaboratively with the wider practice team.

Southam Surgery is a friendly, forward-thinking GP practice serving approximately 7,200 patients across Southam and the surrounding rural communities. We are a 3-partner GMS practice with a supportive clinical team including salaried GPs, practice nurses and healthcare assistants, alongside an experienced administrative and patient services team. We value good communication, mutual support and creating a positive working environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute.
