Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with the clinical leads

As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to patients. Your primary responsibilities involve working closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to ensure the successful delivery of the surgerys operational plan. You will engage in clinical governance activities, contribute to improving health outcomes through audits, and ensure participation in the Quality and Outcomes Framework. Your role includes providing clinical care in consultation sessions (in-person and video), telephone triage, managing correspondence and results, handling medication reviews, prescription signing, safeguarding, conducting medicals and reports, home visits, and participating in surgery meetings and on-call duties (excluding out-of-hours). Additionally, collaborating with the Practice Manager and clinical lead to support the development of the surgery's action plan, growth, patient satisfaction, and adherence to standards such as CQC is essential.
