Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in CAMHS 10 PAs Torbay and South Devon (Community & PathwayBased Role) Includes 3PA supporting Crisis Resolution and Home treatment Team

This is an exciting opportunity to join Children and Family Health Devon as a locality based Community Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist working in Torbay and South Devon. The role is based within a vibrant multidisciplinary service and offers the opportunity to develop psychiatry practice and special interests while enjoying the best of what Devon has to offer. The post is not a crisis only role; while it includes three programmed activities dedicated to the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team, this work is undertaken as part of a shared consultant model, with responsibilities distributed across a wider consultant group. The remainder of the role is focused on core community CAMHS work across mental health pathways. Applications from candidates wishing to work less than full time are welcome. The Location The post is aligned to the Torbay and South Devon locality, working across community CAMHS teams and pathways, with flexibility around clinical bases within the area.
