Salaried GP

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Salaried General Practitioner (GP) to join the friendly and forward-thinking team at Exmoor Surgery, based in London, W10. The practice is seeking to appoint two GPs for a combined total of 10 sessions per week. Individual candidates may be considered for between 2 and 8 sessions, depending on availability and suitability. The role includes a share of on-call duties and offers a competitive salary, along with the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team comprising nurse practitioners, clinical pharmacists, paramedics, and other allied health professionals. The Salaried GP will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care services to patients, including conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations, managing long-term conditions, handling acute presentations, and carrying out clinical administration such as prescriptions, referrals, and test result reviews. The role also includes participation in on-call duties, supporting clinical audits, contributing to practice development, and collaborating with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, patient-centred care. Home visits may be required on occasion, although these are typically supported by the practices paramedic team.
