Chilcote Surgery is looking to welcome a 4 to 6 session GP to our friendly, supportive practice in Torquay. This opportunity is available as a salaried GP role, with the potential to progress to partnership for the right person, or as a direct entry to partnership by mutual agreement. The successful candidate will: Be a qualified GP with full GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List Be committed to providing patientcentred care to a diverse population Enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and value collaborative working Have excellent communication skills and a calm, compassionate approach Be adaptable and interested in contributing to the ongoing development of the practice Be willing to engage in practice activity, including QI and contractual targets
