Salaried General Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Salaried GP (48 sessions) who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive environment. Provide high-quality, safe, and effective primary care services to patients, including face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations. Manage a varied clinical caseload, including acute, chronic, and complex conditions, in line with best practice and current guidelines. Undertake home visits as required. Prescribe medications appropriately and in accordance with local and national guidance. Maintain accurate, clear, and contemporaneous clinical records. Participate in duty doctor/triage systems where required. Deliver patient-centred care with a strong focus on continuity and personalised treatment. Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met for both adults and children. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits. Adhere to clinical governance frameworks and support a culture of safety and learning.
