Salaried GP Opportunity - Join Our Friendly Team at Mythe Medical Practice 4 Sessions per Week (Wednesday & Thursday) Are you looking for a supportive, friendly practice where teamwork, wellbeing and high-quality patient care go hand in hand? At Mythe Medical Practice in the beautiful market town of Tewkesbury, we're looking for a Salaried GP to join our welcoming and experienced team for 4 sessions per week (2 sessions on Wednesday and 2 sessions on Thursday). What you'll be doing As a Salaried GP, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centred care to your allocated patient list while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team. Your role will include a varied mix of: Face-to-face and telephone consultations Managing your own clinical workload and patient list Reviewing pathology results, correspondence and clinical tasks Prescribing and medication queries Care planning and management of long-term conditions Home and care home visits (many home visits are undertaken by our Paramedic team) Making clinical decisions, referrals and admissions where appropriate Supporting the practice in achieving high standards of patient care and preventative health. You'll also take part in our duty rota, which includes: Morning duty sessions in our administration hub along side our experienced care navigation team, processing urgent same-day requests. Whole-day urgent care sessions. Afternoon telephone triage. About the role 4 sessions per week Wednesday: 2 sessions Thursday: 2 sessions There may be the opportunity to increase sessions in the future.
