Wem and Prees Medical Practice are looking for a 4 to 6 session Salaried GP to join our experienced, friendly and forward-thinking team across our two North Shropshire sites, starting October 2026. We're a high-achieving, innovative practice caring for just over 12,000 patients - large enough to be dynamic, small enough to feel personal. What really sets us apart is how we work. We've created an environment where clinicians are supported, ideas are welcomed and coffee after morning surgery is part of the rhythm of the day. As a Salaried GP with us, you'll be part of a well-supported, modern general practice delivering high-quality care to our patient population. Your role will include a balanced mix of clinical sessions across face-to-face, telephone and online consultations within our Total Triage model. You'll work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team, allowing you to focus your time where it matters most, with the right support around you. There will also be opportunities to contribute to teaching, mentoring and the ongoing development of the practice if that's something you enjoy.
