As a General Practitioner at Balderton Primary Care Centre, you will be delivering high-quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery. You will work closely with the clinical leads and the local practice team to deliver the surgery's operational plan. The role requires maintaining quality within the practice, contributing to clinical governance activities, and improving health outcomes through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. You will provide clinical care in line with the job plan and the total triage model, which includes consultation sessions, telephone triage, and clinical administration. Adhering to the highest professional standards as set out by the GMC is expected. You'll collaborate with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development and review of the surgery action plan, including patient satisfaction levels and KPI targets.
