General Practitioner - Caerffynnon

We are seeking an enthusiastic compassionate and highly motivated General Practitioner to join our supportive practice team as a salaried GP or with the view of a partnership. 4-6 sessions a week. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed GP to play a key role in delivering patient centred care to our practice population within a close-knit rural community. Our practice provides an essential service to a diverse population, and the successful candidate will work as part of the multidisciplinary team, providing a wide range of primary care services and supporting patients with acute, chronic and complex healthcare needs while developing long term relationships with patients and their families. Working in a rural practice offers a varied and rewarding role, with the opportunity to manage a wide range complex health needs. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team, including GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice nurses, Health care assistants, and administrative staff, to deliver safe, effective, and accessible care. We recognise the challenges of delivering healthcare in a rural setting and are committed to developing innovative ways of improving access and responding to the needs of the local community.

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions.

Access, diagnose, treat and appropriately manage patients in accordance with current clinical guidelines and best practice.
