Overnight UTC GP

This role is an exciting opportunity for a qualified General Practitioner to join Integrated Care 24 (IC24), a leading not-for-profit Social Enterprise that provides vital healthcare services. Working as an Overnight UTC GP in Margate, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care in urgent treatment centres across East Kent. The role involves providing safe and effective clinical care in the Urgent Treatment Centres across East Kent, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients presenting via NHS 111 bookings, A&E redirections, and walk-ins. As a GP within IC24, you will engage in face-to-face consultations for acute and minor illness or injury, participate in assessments, and develop management plans aligned with UTC clinical pathways. The position emphasizes collaboration, inclusivity, and building respectful relationships with colleagues and patients from diverse backgrounds. Key responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, supporting triage, working within a standardized prescribing formulary, and contributing to both service improvement and patient experience.
