About the role
We are currently seeking two dedicated and motivated Salaried General Practitioners (GPs) to join the friendly and forward thinking team at Chiltern House Medical Centre, based in High Wycombe. Each position consists of 4 clinical sessions per week, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team that includes nurse practitioners, clinical pharmacists, paramedics, and other allied health professionals. The Salaried GP will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care services to patients, including conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations, managing long-term conditions, handling acute presentations, and carrying out clinical administration such as prescriptions, referrals, and test result reviews. The role also includes participation in on-call duties, supporting clinical audits, contributing to practice development, and collaborating with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, patient-centred care. Home visits may be required on occasion, although these are typically supported by the practices paramedic team.
