As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include delivering high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery, working closely with the clinical leads and local practice team. This role requires striving to maintain quality within the practice, ensuring participation in clinical governance activity and contributing to the improvement in health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. You will provide clinical care as described in the job plan, adhering to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC, and putting individual patient care as your priority. You will work with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development, delivery and review of the surgery action plan.
