Manage acute and chronic conditions, including appropriate treatment, investigation, referral and follow-up. Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with current guidance. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records. Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team. Contribute to clinical governance, audit, safeguarding and quality improvement. Participate in practice meetings and support the ongoing development of the practice.
