About the role
Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a committed Senior Clinical Fellow to join our Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (SCAMHS) and Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team (CATT). This full-time post (40 hours per week, plus applicable banding supplement) is compliant with the Working Time Directive and New Deal. The role includes participation in a rota with out-of-hours working, including the MHLD first on-call rota, with Consultant support available at all times (on-site during working hours and off-site when required). You will provide high-quality care across hospital and community settings, supporting the prevention, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions in children and young people. You will work as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, contributing to crisis response and ongoing patient management while ensuring clear, compassionate communication with patients and their families.
