As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include delivering high-quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery, working closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the surgeries' operational plan. You'll maintain quality within the practice, participate in clinical governance activity, and contribute to the improvement in health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. This includes consultation sessions, telephone triage, and other clinical administration. You will work with the Practice Manager to support the development, delivery, and review of the surgery action plan, leading on key disease areas, and developing appropriate healthcare services. You will have responsibility for overall practice performance and also represent Operose Health in locality and GP Federation meetings.
