As a valued member of the Operose Health team, the General Practitioner will be responsible for delivering high quality clinical care to patients at the GP surgery. The role involves maintaining quality within the practice through clinical governance activities and contributions to improve health outcomes via audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. The GP will provide clinical care in compliance with their job plan and the total triage model, including a diverse range of duties from consultations and medication reviews to home visits and surgery meetings. It is critical to adhere to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC. Additionally, the role involves working closely with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to develop and review the surgery action plan.
