Salaried GP

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Folly Lane Medical Centre working as a salaried GP for 6 - 8 sessions per week. This is a permanent salaried position.

Folly Lane is a stable, friendly, forward thinking practice with a full complement of supportive staff including a Practice Manager, Operations Manager, Medical Secretaries, Administrators. Practice list 10,000 System One practice with an organised workflow system to minimise GP admin. 100% QOF achievement CQC inspection - Good Challenging and rewarding patient demographic. We are passionate about training, lifelong learning and career development, with interests across minor surgery, joint injections, contraception, training and commissioning. The post holder will carry out all the duties reasonably expected of an NHS general practitioner using the standards expected by the GMC and RCGP in line with appropriate national and/or local guidelines. As a salaried GP, you will support the 5 GP partners to manage a busy clinical caseload ensuring the highest standard of care for all patients.

Current practice team:- 5 Partners Management Team 4 Salaried GPs Registrars Nursing Team Mental Health Practitioner Reception/Administration Team With additional ARRS staff including Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, FCP, SPLW, GPA, Nurse Associate. As a long established training practice we are keen for all Partners and staff to continue with lifelong training and to develop their roles. We currently have special interests in minor surgery, joint injections, contraceptive procedures, training and commissioning We have good relationships with other practices with one of our partners being the clinical director for our PCN.
