Salaried GP

Willow Practice has an exciting new vacancy for a salaried GP to join our existing dynamic clinical team. The successful candidate will provide excellent medical care for our patients and involve themselves in the life and development of the practice. We're a welcoming, down to earth team that values collaboration, learning and looking after one another. Our growing team includes GPs, coders, pharmacists, paramedics, ANP, Nurse Associates, HCAs and fantastic reception and admin staff, helping keep workloads safe and admin manageable.We are a team committed to delivering the best possible care and we are looking for the right GP to enhance our team. We are looking for a part-time salaried GP (flexible on days and session times for the right candidate). As a salaried GP, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and interests. You will have access to a range of training and development opportunities, including leading on clinical audits and meetings within the practice.

We are a paper-light, digital-first surgery, with one of the highest System Connect usages across London, and with high QOF achievement

As a Salaried GP at Willow Practice, you will provide high quality, patient centred care within a supportive, well structured working day. Your role includes routine and duty clinics, collaborative clinical discussions, contributing to practice development and working closely with our wider primary care team.
