GP Partner

Winchmore Hill Practice We are looking for an additional GP Partner to join our well-established and friendly, training practice. Main duties typically include:

Clinical care: Diagnose, treat and manage patients, including chronic disease and urgent presentations.

Patient safety and quality: Maintain high clinical standards, safeguarding, infection control and effective clinical governance.

Practice management: Help oversee staffing, premises, finances, contracts and day-to-day operations.

NHS contractual responsibilities: Ensure the practice meets its obligations under the PMS contract and relevant NHS requirements.

Leadership: Work with other partners and practice staff on strategy, service development and workforce planning.

Financial responsibility: Share responsibility for practice income, expenditure, business decisions and, depending on the partnership agreement, liabilities.
