About the role
Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a forward-thinking primary care setting? Limelight Health and Wellbeing Hub is looking for a motivated and highly organised individual to lead the operational running of our busy practice.
This is a hands-on operational role. Strategic leadership sits with our Business Manager and Primary Care Support Manager, giving you the space to focus on what matters most ensuring the practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with CQC standards day to day.
What You Will Do Lead and line manage the Office Manager, Senior Administrator, and admin team Oversee all day to day operational functions of the practice Drive performance, workflow, and compliance across administrative services Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues Support CQC readiness and ensure processes are consistently followed Liaise effectively with clinicians and the wider leadership team
Our PracticeLimelight Health and Wellbeing Hub is an innovative NHS GP surgery located in the heart of Old Trafford, Manchester M16 9NW, operating from purpose-built modern premises at 1 St Brides Way. As a larger GP surgery, we provide comprehensive NHS primary care services to patients registered in the M15 and M16 postcode areas. We are proud members of the North Trafford Primary Care Network PCN, working collaboratively with partner practices to deliver integrated care for our local community. Our practice is built on a foundation of accessibility and inclusivity. We offer services in over 70 languages including English, Urdu, Arabic, Bengali and Punjabi, reflecting the rich diversity of the communities we serve. We accept new patients and offer a full range of primary care services including same-day appointments, routine care, chronic disease management, and proactive preventative health initiatives. Limelight is situated in Old Trafford, part of the Old Trafford in Greater Manchester. Our patient population spans vibrant and diverse communities including Firswood, Old Trafford, Whalley Range, Hulme, and the Manchester Science Park area, covering postcodes M15 and M16. The practice has approximately 9000 patient list.
