Salaried GP with a View to Partnership

We are looking to recruit a Salaried GP to complement our experienced and diverse team. The position is with a view to partnership. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious GP to join our friendly, progressive team based in a dynamic Medical Centre in Sheffield. Our premises are modern, and purpose built. Our team consists of 4 Partners, 7 Salaried GP's and a well established nursing team including Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Practice Nurses, First Contact Practitioner, and Healthcare Assistants. We use SystmOne, Ardrens and Accurx total triage for demand management.

We are a well-established training practice for GP Registrars, medical and nursing students. We have over 14,000 patients over two sites and our list size is growing year on year.

The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients. We hold weekly team meetings including MDT, SEA and educational sessions. We also hold more informal daily lunchtime meetings for all clinical staff. Our team are allocated dedicated CPD sessions based on the number of sessions they work, and this allows us to continue to be at the cutting edge of primary care. We also hold salaried team meetings and practice appraisals for the team.
