Salaried GP - 4 Sessions Per Week - Up to £11,250 Per Session Bugbrooke Medical Practice is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our clinical team for 4 sessions per week. The post-holder will provide a full range of primary medical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our diverse patient population. The successful candidate will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care and all statutory requirements are met. The successful candidate will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care and all statutory requirements are met. Key Clinical Duties Consultations:Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations for patients with acute and chronic conditions. Clinical Management:Assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients appropriately, including the management of long-term conditions. Prescribing:Issue computer-generated prescriptions in accordance with the local formulary and Northamptonshire CCG/ICB guidelines. Referrals:Utilise the Electronic Referral Service (e-RS) and follow local pathways for secondary care referrals. Administration:Clinical correspondence, pathology results, and medication reviews effectively within allocated administrative time. You will only be responsible for self-generated admin. Home Visits:You will not be expected to participate in the Practice's home visiting rota.
