Salaried GP

We would like to welcome an enthusiastic, committed, and forward-thinking salaried GP into our friendly team. We have recently re-designed our templates to limit GP workload and are offering:

Defined workload 6 session per week Mentorship and support available for newly qualified GP's including the "New to practice fellowships" via Kernow CIC Opportunities to develop a range of special interests and to expand your role, including potential Partnership. Daily coffee meetups and social get togethers. 6 weeks holiday plus your birthday off 1 week study leave pro-rata

The role will consist of the following:

Face-to-face, telephone and online consultations (12 patients per session +/- 1 visit per day) Assessment and management of acute and long-term conditions Prescribing and medicines management Reviewing test results and clinical correspondence Referrals and appropriate care planning A fair contribution to duty doctor arrangements Participation in clinical meetings and multidisciplinary working Contribution to quality improvement, clinical governance and practice development Maintaining clear, accurate and contemporaneous clinical records Clinical and administrative responsibilities will be allocated fairly and proportionately according to the number of sessions worked.
