R Health PCN is a progressive and collaborative network of six practices serving a population of over 67,000 patients across Runcorn. Successful applicants will receive ongoing mentorship and development within your host practice, alongside additional support from GP Health Connect Ltd (GPHC), your employing organisation.

Applicants must meet the current NHS England Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) eligibility requirements. In line with the Network Contract DES, applicants must not have been substantively employed as a General Medical Practitioner in a Core Network Practice within R Health Primary Care Network at any time during the previous 12 months.

As an ARRS Salaried GP, you will: - Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within the aligned practices. - Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, mental health practitioners, first contact physiotherapists and social prescribers, to ensure integrated patient care. - Conduct consultations, assessments, and follow-ups with patients. - Contribute to the management of chronic disease, health promotion, and disease prevention in line with best practices and PCN priorities. - Participate in clinical audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care within the PCN. - Support the development and implementation of new care pathways that align with ARRS objectives.
