Somer Valley Medical Group is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, forward-thinking GP Partner to join our friendly and ambitious Partnership. As a GP Partner, you will combine high-quality clinical practice with the opportunity to contribute to the leadership and long-term sustainability of the practice. Alongside a committed team of Partners and our Practice Business Manager, you will play an active role in shaping services, developing the workforce, improving patient access, and driving continuous quality improvement. We are looking for someone who: Delivers excellent, patient-centred clinical care. Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive Partnership. Wants to help shape the future of primary care. Is committed to high professional standards, quality improvement, and innovation. Values continuity of care and building strong relationships with patients and colleagues. Whether you are an experienced Partner, considering Partnership for the first time, or relocating to the area, we would love to hear from you.
