About the role
As a Salaried GP in general practice, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, holistic care to a diverse patient population. You will be responsible for managing a range of acute, chronic, and preventative health issues, working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role involves conducting face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations, managing patient lists, and contributing to clinical decision-making and service development Youll work closely with other GPs, nurses, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care and to support the health and wellbeing of your local community. This role involves delivering safe, effective, and compassionate general medical services to our diverse patient population. Working as part of the wider clinical team at Tower Family Healthcare, the post-holder will carry out a full range of GP duties including face-to-face and telephone consultations, home visits, reviewing test results, managing repeat prescriptions, and handling clinical correspondence. You will assess and manage undifferentiated and diagnosed conditions, screen for disease risk factors, and develop evidence-based care plans. The role also includes health education, referrals, prescribing in line with formulary guidance, maintaining accurate records, contributing to audits, and supporting service development. Flexibility to work across our four branch sites is essential to help meet patient demand.
