Salaried GP

Shawbirch Medical Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our friendly, hardworking and patient focused practice. In July 2022 we moved into a new state of the art medical centre and since that time have continued to develop our healthy lifestyle hub. An enthusiastic training practice aiming to provide traditional family doctoring, we value personal and professional development and see it as essential to job satisfaction. We serve a population of 17,000+ in a suburban area of North Telford, a thriving new town set in beautiful Shropshire with nationally rated schools.

We are interested in applicants at any stage of their GP career, including straight from VTS training. We provide mentoring and support to new GPs and have the experience to support this. There are also opportunities to develop areas of specialist interest. We are looking for someone who is interested in working a minimum of 5 sessions per week and would need to be able to work a full day on a Friday.
