Consultant in Ophthalmic Surgery (Medical Retina)

Consultant in Ophthalmic Surgery Medical Retina 1 WTE Whipps Cross University Hospital, London with the potential to work across Barts Health Trust sites e.g., Newham. Whipps Cross University Hospital is seeking a full-time Medical Retina to join our busy ophthalmology team.

You will manage medical retinal conditions, including AMD, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vascular disease, in outpatient clinics and injection suites.Key Responsibilities:o Deliver high-quality patient care across the medical retina service.o Lead MR clinicso Supervise trainees and support staff development.o Contribute to audit, service improvement, and research activities.
