Oswald Medical Centre is looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our supportive and dynamic team. We are a forward-thinking, award winning NHS GP practice serving 16,500 patients across three sites in Accrington, Oswaldtwistle, and Blackburn. We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, patient-centred care and offer a range of enhanced services alongside core NHS provision, including minor surgery.

About You We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused GP who is committed to delivering high quality primary care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Salaried GPs work as autonomous practitioners, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care while complying with the contract. Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team. The role is to support, mentor, and supervise other healthcare professionals within the organisation and be an integral part of the general practice team.
