Within this role you will be working closely with our multidisciplinary including an ANP and NMP to deliver high quality healthcare and prescribing services. Within this role you will work with patients who have a range of needs including long term condition, substance misuse and acute physical and mental health. Hours 1 day/ 8 hours per week, to be worked between Monday to Friday Salary This position is part time,youll receive an annual salary between£103,600 and £124,320per annum FTE- depending onexperience.
