As a General Practitioner at The Randolph Surgery, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality clinical care to patients. Working four sessions a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), you will be responsible for various tasks, including consultations, results analysis, medication reviews, and patient management. You will collaborate with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the surgery's operational plan. Your commitment to patient care, compliance with GMC standards, and desire to improve health outcomes will be essential. You will also contribute to the practice's objectives, such as list growth, patient satisfaction levels, and enhanced services, ensuring the surgery meets quality standards such as CQC benchmarks. You will also be expected to engage in regular clinical work, maintain professional standards, and prioritize patient satisfaction and safety.
