As a Bank GP, you will provide high-quality primary care services on a flexible, sessional basis, supporting the practice during periods of increased demand, annual leave and other planned or unplanned absences. Responsibilities include: Delivering face-to-face, telephone and video consultations Assessing, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions Prescribing safely and effectively in line with current guidance and best practice Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous clinical records Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Providing high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse patient population Adhering to clinical governance standards, organisational policies and professional requirements Participating in mandatory training and appraisal requirements as appropriate
