Job Vacancy Salaried GP Anfield Group Practice & Derby Lane Medical Centre Are seeking a salaried GP (ideally newly qualified) to work across 2 sites, Anfield Group Practice and Derby Lane Medical Centre, Sessions: 8 sessions per week Salary: negotiable depending on experience. A Salaried GP works as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care while complying with the contract. Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team. The role is to support, mentor, and supervise other healthcare professionals within the organisation and be an integral part of the general practice team.

You will provide high quality patient centred care through a mix of face to face consultations and telephone triage, managing a structured clinic of appointments across morning and afternoon sessions. The role includes assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, as well as supporting continuity of care for registered patients. You will work collaboratively with the wider clinical team, contributing to shared decision making and effect patient management. You will also utilise EMIS WEB to maintain accurate clinical records and support safe, effective delivery.
