d Locally Employed Doctor (ST3+) Anaesthetics (Simulation Fellow)Fixed term for up to 12 months We have posts available across York and Scarborough. The clinical duties of this role include providing a comprehensive anaesthetic and critical care service to patients, primarily based in Scarborough. The postholder must comply at all times with the General Medical Council's Duties of a Doctor, maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and patient care. Strict patient confidentiality must be upheld at all times in accordance with Trust policies and information governance requirements. The postholder will undertake duties as set out in the job description, in agreement with the Clinical Director, and will be responsible for the safe and effective clinical management of inpatients and outpatients under their care. They will also be managerially accountable for the appropriate and efficient use of Trust resources and professionally accountable to the Medical Director. On commencement, the postholder is required to attend the Trust's Corporate Induction and participate fully in all statutory and mandatory training programmes. Full compliance with Trust policies and procedures is expected throughout the duration of employment. The postholder must also ensure that all intellectual property rights of the Trust are respected and will work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
