Salaried General Practitioner

All Saints Surgery is a friendly, single site practice in Burton On Trent, caring for around 11,000 patients as part of East Staffordshire Primary Care. We are looking for an enthusiastic salaried GP to join our team and help us strengthen capacity for patients, with a particular focus on supporting timely same-day urgent care alongside good continuity for those who need it most. This is a genuinely additional post created to expand our clinical capacity, so you would be adding to the team rather than replacing a colleague. You will work alongside 2 GP partners, 1 salaried GPs, our nursing team and a wider multidisciplinary team that includes clinical pharmacists, first contact physiotherapists, social prescribers and care coordinators. We use EMIS Web and offer a supportive environment with protected time, regular clinical meetings and a real commitment to a manageable, sustainable workload. We would be happy to talk to GPs at any stage of their career, including those recently qualified, those returning to practice, and experienced GPs looking for a settled salaried role. We can be flexible on sessions and working pattern for the right person, and we welcome an informal chat or visit before you apply.
