Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations for a diverse patient list. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions in line with best practice and clinical guidelines. Provide health education, preventative care, and lifestyle advice tailored to individual patient needs. Manage repeat prescriptions, referrals, and follow-up care efficiently and accurately. Work collaboratively with nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
