The role of a General Practitioner at Operose Health involves delivering high-quality clinical care to patients and collaborating closely with the clinical leads and local practice team. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality within the practice, participating in clinical governance activities, and contributing to improving health outcomes through audits and adherence to the Quality and Outcomes Framework. The practitioner will provide clinical care, including consultations, triage, medication reviews, and more, in line with the total triage model. Additional duties include working with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead on surgery action plans to enhance patient satisfaction, list growth, and other quality standards.
