About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the 8 English cervical screening laboratories, delivering a clinical cervical cytology service to the East Midlands region. We are a friendly team, with a strong ethos of staff support and development. We are seeking two full time Consultant BMS' to join our team, undertaking independent reporting of cervical screening samples, participating in MDTs and supporting in maintaining and developing our service, including training commitment. Two roles are available, one to be the HPV lead in Cervical Cytology one to be the Quality Lead . Ideally for the full time roles 7.5 hrs Mondays to Friday are required, but this can be flexible. Main duties of the job Work at consultant level in cervical cytopathology, independently reporting cervical screening samples. Participate in MDTs across the laboratory footprint, primarily by Teams.
