JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Senior Client Services Consultant to help our clients maximise the value, utilisation and benefits of Liaison Workforce solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide strategic and operational guidance, and lead regular client reviews to ensure successful service delivery. Managing your own portfolio of clients, you will work closely with Regional Client Services Consultants to drive service improvements, enhance customer outcomes, and identify opportunities for growth, ensuring clients achieve the greatest possible return on their investment.

Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Support clients to maximise utilisation, efficiencies and value from Liaison Workforce solutions. Lead client review meetings, analyse performance data and provide insight-driven recommendations. Identify opportunities for service improvement, enhanced client outcomes and commercial growth. Collaborate with Client Services, Commercial and wider business teams to ensure client success. Act as an escalation point for complex client issues and drive effective resolutions. Coach and support Regional Client Services Consultants, promoting best practice and consistency. Deliver presentations, facilitate client meetings and maintain accurate CRM records. Contribute to onboarding, knowledge sharing, process improvements and service development initiatives. Ensure compliance with data security requirements and company policies.
