Consultant in Restorative Dentistry

Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust or Trust Wide Consultant in Restorative Dentistry From £105.504 to £139,882 p.a excl LZ (pro-rata) Part Time - 6PAs The Restorative Dentistry Service is seeking a substantive part-time (6 PA) Consultant to join a dynamic, enthusiastic and forward-thinking team. The department is currently involved in many exciting initiatives and are looking for an individual with appropriate skills to complement this team and help keep the service in the forefront of clinical and academic excellence. The post will be based at Guy's Hospital at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. However, it is a requirement of your employment that you be prepared to work at any additional or different location owned or served by the Trust, either on an on-going or temporary basis according to the demands of the service.

o To provide clinical leadership in Restorative Dentistry for GSTFT. o To provide service in Restorative Dentistry at GSTFT in accordance with Trust guidelines and strategy of both GSTFT and strategy of KCL FoDOCS. o To participate in clinical and other service activities with the object of ensuring a high standard of patient care. o To fully engage with the non-clinical management and administrative duties expected of a restorative consultant o To take an active part in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training.
