As a General Practitioner at The Randolph Surgery with Operose Health, your responsibilities include delivering high-quality clinical care to registered patients, supporting the clinical leads and local practice team, and maintaining clinical governance activities. You'll engage in activities such as consultations, telephone triage, medication reviews, and home visits, all while ensuring the highest standards of personal and professional conduct as per GMC guidelines. The role demands participation in improving health outcomes through audits and QOF, working closely with the practice manager and site clinical lead on developing and reviewing the surgery action plan. Operose Health seeks individuals who are registered with the GMC and NHS performers list, have GP accreditation, and demonstrate strong commitment to patient-focused services, along with a sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, and clinical systems like SystmOne or EMISweb.
