Salaried GP

Rangeways Road Surgery is a very friendly, small Practice located on a residential estate in Kingswinford. Our current list size is approximately 6200. We are committed to provide the best care and service to our patients who are the main focus and priority of the Practice, the successful candidate will be required to share this commitment. We are looking to appoint a salaried GP who is a highly motivated, compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual, patient centred with excellent communication and team working skills to enhance our team. This position would be salaried for 4 sessions per week with the possibility of Partnership in the future for the right candidate (no buy in to premises is required). An interest in diabetes or sexual health would be an advantage although not essential and we are keen to discuss any individual areas of interest or expertise. We support our colleagues personal development and encourage ongoing learning and training. Salary is negotiable. We offer NHS pension, 6 weeks annual leave and 1 weeks study leave pro rata.

To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract. Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team
