About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly, well-established, and high-achieving practice in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. Located in a desirable area of the West Midlands, bordering Staffordshire and Shropshire, the practice benefits from excellent transport links, outstanding local schools, and access to both countryside and city amenities. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and are looking for a forward-thinking GP who shares our commitment to excellence. Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified GPs. The offer of this role is between 01/10/26 to 31/03/27. Therefore the duration might change depending on the starting date.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to our practice population through a combination of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations. They will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, ensuring safe and effective clinical care. The role will include managing routine and urgent appointments, reviewing and actioning clinical correspondence, laboratory results and prescription requests, and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent patient outcomes. As part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and the ongoing delivery of high standards of care across the practice. We encourage professional development and would welcome any additional clinical interests or specialist skills that could enhance the services offered to our patients. Opportunities to contribute to teaching and training are also available as we are an accredited GP training practice. The role offers the opportunity to work within a friendly, forward-thinking, and supportive environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, continuity of care, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
