• The ideal candidate will have a confident grasp of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) along with proficiency in at least two other therapeutic modalities, one of which should include training in interventions suitable for working with location-specific or relevant clinical disorders. They should demonstrate a solid understanding and application of therapeutic principles, with a willingness to undertake additional training if not already completed. Experience in working with complex clients and delivering highly specialist interventions is essential, as is the ability to operate at a strategic level. Training in clinical supervision, as well as experience in conducting assessments relevant to the specific environment and population, is required. Additionally, the candidate should bring leadership and management experience, alongside proven skills in service planning and development.
