Locum Consultant in the department of Leeds Clinical Genomics Service
We are excited to advertise a 6 month full-time (10 PA) Locum Consultant Clinical Geneticist post. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the Leeds Clinical Genomics Service (LCGS) based at Leeds General Infirmary, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This fixed-term post gives the successful candidate an opportunity to experience working within LCGS with possible potential to apply for a substantive post with our team in the future.

Interviews will be held on Thursday 25th June face to face in Josephs Well Offices near the Leeds General Infirmary Hospital site.
The Leeds Clinical Genomics Service (LCGS) provides Clinical Genetics and Genomics services to a diverse population of c.4 million across a large, varied geographical area. The service comprises an experienced team of Consultant Clinical Geneticists, Genetic Counsellors, Genomic Associates and Genetic Research Nurses/Practitioners, as well as Specialty Trainees, Clinical Fellows and trainee Genetic Counsellors, supported by a large clinical administrative team. LCGS is a member of the North East & Yorkshire Genomic Medicine Service (NEY GMS), and the service works closely with the Regional Clinical Genetics services based in Newcastle and Sheffield.
