As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will be delivering high-quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery while working closely with clinical leads and the local practice team. You will strive to maintain quality within the practice, ensuring participation in clinical governance activities and contributing to improving health outcomes through audits and adherence to the Quality and Outcomes Framework. Duties will include consultations (in person and by video), telephone triage, handling correspondence and results, conducting medication reviews, and performing other clinical administration tasks. Collaborating with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead, you will support the development, delivery, and review of the surgery action plan. This role requires adhering to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC, with a commitment to putting individual patient care first.
